Kevin is the third generation of the Putman family to lead Penn Color, as President & CEO since 2021. Prior to his current role, Kevin served in various functions at Penn Color in Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Kevin focuses on setting the business vision, establishing the operating principles, building the capabilities, and nurturing the culture that shapes the future of Penn Color.

Every day, Kevin reminds the organization of what Penn Color can be the best at: always putting the customer experience first, being fair and transparent in our communication, and caring for each other.

When not at Penn Color, Kevin and his wife Ashley support the community and chase around their two young daughters.

Ryan has been CFO since 2023, after taking roles with increasing responsibilities in Finance since 2019, and 3 years on the Commercial team learning the value of the Penn Color customer experience. Before Penn Color, Ryan was an associate with a leading consulting firm.

Ryan focuses on the long-term financial health and success of Penn Color by managing its financial resources, providing strategic guidance to drive sustainable growth, and empowering the company to thrive in an ever-evolving business landscape.

Ryan believes in transparent communication, data-driven decisions, and empowering every team member. Transparency builds trust, data guides decisions, and empowerment fuels growth for an organization fit for the future.

When not at Penn Color, Ryan enjoys traveling with friends and family, making memories through new experiences, and forging meaningful connections.

David took his role as the head of Penn Color’s global supply chain in 2021. David has been with Penn Color since 2014, with roles in sales and Supplier Management.

David focuses on managing our supplier base by building strategic partnerships, implementing strategies for sourcing raw materials, managing the raw material planning process and mitigating risks throughout the supply chain.

David uses a strategic approach in collaborating with key suppliers and aims for mutually beneficial, long-standing relationships with suppliers. David understands our key suppliers are critical to our success.

Outside of work, David enjoys playing with his 3 young children and fishing with his dad and brothers.

Mike has been leading the global sales organization since 2018. Mike has been with Penn Color since 2002, including 10 years as a Building Product Manager.

Mike sets and executes the sales plan, building the capabilities to cover all core and growth segments at the global level, and championing the customer-centric service culture at Penn Color.

To Mike, the most critical factor of success in sales is to make it easy for customers to do business with Penn Color and to support customers in both good and bad times.

Outside of work, Mike loves spending time with his wife Sabrina, and his two young boys.

Nicolas joined Penn Color in 2018 and has been leading Marketing since 2020. Prior to Penn Color, Nicolas had roles in Marketing, R&D, and business development, with equipment manufacturers in Europe, Asia, and North America.

Nicolas focuses on defining, driving, and supporting Penn Color's growth agenda, from strategic plans for product & market development to sales support.

Nicolas works best at the intersection of technical and business fields and enjoys blending creativity with a rigorous analytical approach to support his initiatives.

Outside of work, Nicolas takes care of his garden, runs and rides his bike on the Wissahickon trails, and finds it very therapeutic to watch his son swim laps.

Scott joined Penn Color in 2012 and is located in Venray, The Netherlands site where he fulfills the additional role of Managing Director. Scott has more than 30 years of experience in the colorant and additive business fulfilling various global roles in Technical, Sales, and Management positions.

Scott drives global growth by fostering Penn Color's core values at international sites while leading and supporting the Commercial and Technical teams in the EMEA and APAC regions.

As an engineer, Scott believes strongly in continuous improvement and is energized by working together with customers and internal teams to provide solutions and find synergies.

When not traveling for Penn Color, you will find Scott on the golf course or traveling throughout Europe with his wife and friends.

Dawn joined Penn Color in 2023. Prior to Penn Color, Dawn had roles with increasing responsibilities, in various international and manufacturing environments.

Dawn's mission is to make Penn Color an "Employer of Choice" by creating programs, processes, and systems that ensure every employee experience is positive and unique.

Dawn believes in a collaborative approach, understanding the needs of employees and the needs of the business. She balances these priorities while ensuring all legal aspects are at the forefront of decision-making, fostering a harmonious and compliant work environment where everyone can thrive and succeed.

When not at Penn Color, Dawn enjoys baking delicious treats, nurturing her garden, and loves game nights with friends and family.

Rich joined Penn Color in 2024. Prior to Penn Color, Rich led the digital transformation efforts in diverse industries including manufacturing and life/environmental sciences.

Rich oversees the strategic direction and implementation of IT initiatives, supporting new and existing customers with technology solutions.

Rich aims to ensure the seamless operation and reliability of Penn Color's IT systems to best serve the organization and Penn Color's customers. Additionally, he focuses on driving innovation through the strategic deployment of technology, helping Penn Color stay ahead of industry trends.

Outside of work, Rich enjoys traveling and exploring new destinations with his family. He is a big Philadelphia Phillies and Penn State Football fan.

Tom took over the responsibility of Sustainability for Penn Color in 2023, after 9 years as VP of R&D and 20 years in Sales & Marketing. Prior to Penn Color, Tom had sales & marketing roles with fiber and pigment manufacturing companies.

As Penn Color's sustainability and product stewardship leader, Tom's focus is on supporting all short and long-term global regulatory compliance and driving sustainable activities at Penn Color and throughout the entire value chain.

Tom sees value in serving both internal and external customers, in a consultative and proactive manner, assisting in navigating regulatory challenges and the world of environment and sustainability protocols.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys hiking with his family, watching all Philly sports teams, traveling to new places, and participating in the many community activities Penn Color supports throughout the year.

Pat joined Penn Color in 2021 after several years of serving as senior counsel for a world leader in sustainable technologies.

Pat's role is to support the strategic mission of Penn Color by mitigating the risks facing the business today and by planning and implementing measures that will minimize the risks facing the business in the future.

Pat understands that the business world is rarely black and white and a rigid, academic approach to his role will never be effective. Pat works to understand Penn Color's business and strives to provide meaningful and practical counsel to Penn Color's Executive Team and stakeholders.

When not in the office, Pat and his wife, Deirdre, spend all of their free time running around with their five very active sons.
