Usages
Sustainable solutions are used across extrusion blow molding (EBM), injection molding (INJM), and injection stretch blow molding (ISBM). In ISBM, brands can switch from traditional carbon black to NIR-sortable black in PET bottles to meet APR guidelines for sortation; in EBM, rEPEAT enhancers improve processability of HDPE and bottles for household and personal care; and in INJM, inmold metal replacement effects allow brands to eliminate metal components in closures while maintaining a premium look, all while supporting mono-material recyclability.

Blow Molding
Extrusion blow molding (EBM) is a manufacturing process where molten plastic is extruded into a hollow tube, then inflated inside a mold to form a container. It’s ideal for producing bottles and containers with handles or complex shapes, commonly used in applications like liquid detergents, shampoos, and household cleaning product packages.
