Water Based – Non Resinated

Penn Color produces a line of non-ionic "binder free" pigment dispersions, which maximize pigment loading at a neutral Ph. This line of pigment dispersions is designed to be let down into water or water/glycol combinations along with the resin of your choice at various pH levels to produce high performance inks and coatings.

As with our acrylic, cationic and anionic water-based systems, this line provides stable pigmented dispersions that meet the tight particle size, color and strength specifications required in the Wallcovering, Flooring and Industrial Coating Markets without the constraints of a particular resin already formulated into the product.

The absence of resin provides our customers with the flexibility to formulate into many different polymers to suit the specific requirements of their system and application.
