Copolymer Vinyl

Solution grade vinyl copolymers are used in a broad range of ink and coating applications because of the inherent film strength and esthetic characteristics common to this generic type of organic polymer.

Penn Color offers a wide range of solution vinyl pigment concentrates which provides a convenient and economical means of preparing high quality vinyl based ink and coating systems. Our line includes pigment dispersions in both chip and paste forms and can be modified to be compatible with a number of ketone and ester solvent blends including cyclohexanone, EB acetate and MEK.

High transparent and lightfast pigments are included in this line of dispersions to provide a complete range of products for Inkjet Ink and other applications where outdoor durability and high print quality are required. Other markets where solution vinyl is commonly used to decorate product include Wallcovering and Flooring, Industrial Finishes and Rotogravure Printing.
