UV Curable Dispersions for Digital Ink With over 25 years of experience in formulating UV Curable pigment dispersions for applications such as Fiber Optics and Conventional Printing Inks, Penn Color can provide the technical support to help you meet the challenges in the demanding world of digital printing. High performance pigments are utilized to impart maximum outdoor durability and dispersed to submicron levels for ease of filtration and consistent printing for your customers. Each product in our standard line is formulated into a blend of the most stable acrylate monomers to perform at let down viscosities of under 5 cps. Every batch produced is tightly controlled for color shade and density, particle size and viscosity stability. Penn Color's UV Curable dispersions are field tested with many years of outstanding performance in flatbed printers all over the world. For most printers in operation today, our average particle size of 200-400 nanometers provides the highest print quality, optical density and prolonged print head performance. In addition to the standard CMYK and the light versions of each, Penn Color offers a full spectrum of colors and a broad range of cure mechanisms to support your individual digital printing needs. Beyond our commercially available UV Curable Dispersion Line, Penn Color's Research and Development Team can work with your Research Team to customize our dispersions to meet your unique printing and curing requirements. Penn Color has developed several modifications to the original 100% solids UV Curable technology that provide the adhesion and working properties necessary to meet the ever changing demands of the Digital Printing Industry.
